The age-old tales of the 7 deadly sins have been re-written in modern society. The civilized Man falls prey to what lurks beneath the unassuming daily acts. What does it take to see these sins for what they truly are, and can we ever outrun them?

You’ve seen them. You’ve heard them. You’ve touched them. Now meet them, live in person. In TRDOco’s APP [A Perfect Person], the company takes on a phenomenon that is all too familiar to our generation - the social media preoccupation. Turning the table around to personify 7 of the most widely used social applications, TRDOco presents an immersive dance experience that ultimately sheds light on the users of these applications. Human nature, human interaction and human behavio will be explored in this electrifying, comical and theatrical dance performance to provoke insights on the need for attention, the secret desires, the storm beneath the calm façade, the outdated and the endless race to remain relevant in a fast-growing landscape. If social media was a person, how would he/she feel and would they be anything like the “perfect people” who use them? APP has toured and performed in Singapore and Malaysia.

Brought to life in the intimate setting of a black box theatre, We, The Singaporeans! (WTS!) explores the unique dynamics of Singaporean culture in both the things we love, and the things that drive us mad. Specifically, Kiasuism. Kiasuism - defined generically as a selfish attitude arising from a fear of missing out on something. From long queues to “tissue paper chope”, phone wars to priority seat, each typical Singaporean behaviour is played out in a dynamic, theatrical yet aesthetic manner. A show filled with symbolic satirical undertones, WTS! is as easily relatable to basic human behaviour as it is iconic of Asian culture. Ultimately, should we continue our kiasu fashion to gain it all or are there alternatives to a win-win situation for everyone? WTS! has toured and performed in Singapore and Malaysia
